Ryan Rienzo is a Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of New Jersey. She received her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University, as well as her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies with a Minor in Psychology, from Quinnipiac University. Ryan is currently working towards obtaining her Licensed Professional Counselor credentials under the supervision of an LPC.
Ryan provides therapy services to children, adolescents and adults through individual, couples, and family therapy. Utilizing a flexible, integrative treatment approach tailored to each individual's needs, Ryan strives to provide a comfortable environment focusing on recovery and wellness. She has experience with a broad range of clients and offers support for many issues including anxiety, depression, mood disturbances, personality disorders, behavioral issues, substance abuse and trauma. Ryan also has a keen interest in working with couples and families who are struggling with issues related to trust, communication, boundaries, and overall difficulties in their relationship / family dynamic.

In addition to her work at the Center for Specialized Psychology, Ryan serves as the Program Manager of the NFL Life Line, a free and confidential 24/7 emotional wellness and suicide prevention hotline available to the entire NFL community.
