Niecy Silva, M.A.

Niecy Silva is a Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of New Jersey. She obtained her Master's degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University. She also received her Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Human Development from Post University. Niecy is currently pursuing licensure as a professional counselor under the supervision of an LPC. 

Niecy offers individual therapy services to adolescents and adults. She has experience treating clients who struggles with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and general life stressors. Niecy integrates interventions from a variety of evidence-based theoretical approaches, such as PCT and TF-CBT, to meet the individual needs of her clients. 

Niecy aspires to offer a supportive, safe space to promote positive self-image and empowerment for self-advocacy to allow clients to grow.
