
Julia Billotti is a Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of New Jersey. She earned her Master of Arts in School Counseling with a Licensed Professional Counselor track from Kean University. She also obtained her Bachelor of Science in Education from Temple University.
Julia provides therapy to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing concerns related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and academic or career-related challenges. She utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy while tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and goals.
Julia believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and healing. She strives to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and encouraged to explore challenges at their own pace. Her goal is to help individuals build self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and develop practical tools to navigate life's difficulties with confidence.
