Irene Hernandez-Kearns is a Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey. She obtained her Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Caldwell University.

Irene provides individual and family therapy in English and Spanish. She treats adolescents and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, mood disorders and general life stressors. Irene has worked with patients at various levels of care, including outpatient, residential and in-home. Her primary treatment approach is CBT, although she incorporates techniques from other treatment modalities based on the specific needs of each unique patient. Irene prioritizes helping patients recognize their utmost treatment goals and assists them in reaching these goals through gaining insight into behavior and acquiring relevant life skills.

Irene is currently in the process of obtaining her Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) credentials.
