Bailey pulls from several treatment modalities and evidence-based theoretical approaches to best meet the needs of her clients. Specifically, she relies on psychodynamic, relational, CBT and ACT interventions. She also works from an interdisciplinary approach and collaborates with her clients’ other healthcare providers to ensure they're getting a holistic approach to their treatment. Bailey strives to provide genuine, affirmative and trauma-informed care, so clients can feel secure and comfortable to express themselves.
In addition to providing therapy services, Bailey also serves as one of CSP's supervisors for our graduate level trainees.
