Sandra Lutomski is a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of New Jersey. She received her Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University. Sandra also obtained a
Certificate in Psychiatric Rehabilitation from UMDNJ.
Sandra provides individual therapy in English and Spanish. She specializes in working with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, addiction, and general life stressors. Sandra has experience treating clients in various settings, including partial hospitalization, outpatient, and in-home. Her primary treatment approaches are CBT and Client Center Therapy, however, she also incorporates techniques from other treatment modalities based on her client’s individual needs. Her therapeutic style is empathic and supportive, as well as honest and open-minded.
Sandra's professional training has imparted on her a strengths-based approach to support and help clients lead their best lives and to help them learn to overcome any challenges they may face.
