Karleigh aims to promote a safe and welcoming environment for all clients through empathy, genuineness, and lack of judgment.
Karleigh approaches treatment from a wellness and developmental perspective. She has training in treating clients with anxiety and depression, as well as general life stressors and transitions. Karleigh incorporates interventions from many evidence-based theoretical approaches, such as PCT, CBT, and play therapy, to meet the individual needs of her clients.
